EKA scans relevant Portfolio Committees in Parliament, malpractice case law, National Department of Health developments (policies, events and legislation up for comment), developments in professional councils and statutory bodies such as the Council for Medical Schemes, including CMS rulings, developments in COVID-19 policy and law, etc. – all compiled and summarised, with references to source documents, in this monthly report.
